CRACK SANDWICHES - or Hot Ham and cheese!

Hot Ham and Cheese with addictive qualities... You have been forewarned!

My Best friend and I made these for my housewarming party about a month ago. I couldn't wait for another excuse to make TWO pans! :-) Well our white elephant ROB your neighbor and POTLUCK at work this week was an excellent chance to pull out this recipe
again! It makes me feel like I am a really AMAZING cook even though my boyfriend would tell me I'm 50/50, Great to barely edible with the meals I cook! If Only he knew what his ratios are! HA.

Well lets start.
2 throw
away cake pans
(2) 24 Packs of Kings Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
1½  lbs of Deli Ham (this time I only used a pound). I made a few sandwiches without the ham for my vegetarian Co-worker.
24-30 Slices of Swiss Cheese
1½ sticks of butter
2 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Dried Minced Onion
Poppy Seeds to sprinkle on top

Good music

Started with: La La La  - Sam Smith ♪ Ended with: Plush - Stone Temple Pilots

First: Cut the rolls in half and line your "cake pan" with the bottoms. **Hint** you will have to Jimmy Rig the last row in :) it will be a snug fit.
Second: Layer the ham however much you want. I usually do 2-4 layers
Third: Layer the Swiss cheese I usually do 4 Rows of 3 layering a little
Fourth: Put tops of rolls back on.

NOW: Melt butter in a small saucepan, add minced Onion, worcestershire, Mustard.
THEN: When the butter is melted pour half the mixture evenly on one pan then the rest on the other pan. **HINT** the minced onion will be the last to come out so you may have to add some back to the first pan to get the onion evenly distributed between the two pans.
NEXT: Sprinkle Poppy Seeds evenly over top both pans and cover with foil

Refrigerate at least 4 hours. I like to let them sit overnight. This allows the butter mixture to soak in to the bread.

When you are ready to cook  preheat your oven to 350 and Bake covered for 20 min then uncovered for 5 min.

Serve HOT or at room temperature.

Let me know how Your's Turn out!
